這道「滬味香汁全鱸魚」是我初二回娘家的團圓飯中，最受歡迎的一道菜。
每年的團圓飯中，家家戶戶一定會有一道魚料理，尤其是在除夕的年夜飯，不可將魚吃完，象徵著「年年有餘」 
年年有餘有兩種意思：
一、魚?意味著「豐收」，即是年年都豐收。
二、魚諧音「餘」，代表每年都餘下錢財，可富足一輩子。
過年的吉祥圖中，也常常畫「年年有餘」。圖中除了魚之外，還會畫上蓮花或蓮藕，意喻「蓮連有魚」
For the reunion dinner in the Lunar New year, every family must have fish dishes. Especially we can’t eat the whole fish on the New Year’s Eve which is a symbol of the “remaining every year”.
Fish means harvest. Fish dishes in the reunion dinner means a bumper harvest the next year.
Fish homophonic “remaining”(Yu), representing the remaining money every year.
In the auspicious picture of the Chinese New year, it is always painted with “fish”, “lotus flowers” or “lotus root”, which means rich every year too.
