這道明太子起司牛肉照燒捲壽司，名字是不是很吸引人？看到明太子和起司兩個關鍵字，我就像被催眠一樣，毫無抗拒力的就點了這道壽司來嚐鮮，想看看主廚到底可以做出怎麼樣的一道創意壽司。

After the sushi was served, I couldn’t help but take a deep breath. Oh my god! This dish is so exquisite! Although I have seen the photos on the menu, I was shocked by its amazing appearance.
The red-based sushi rolls are placed on pure white porcelain plates. The simple plates play the role of setting off, making the bright red sushi looks more colorful and captivating. The sauce on the plate, as if a vigorous calligraphy stroke, suddenly added Zen feeling to the cuisine.
The cheese and mentaiko are layered on top of the red roasted beef sushi while serving the dual role of decoration and adding taste.
The bright red whiskers add a finishing touch to the realm of gorgeous and luxury. This sushi looks too fabulous, so whether it is delicious is not the key point anymore!

壽司上桌後，我忍不住倒吸一口氣。天哪！這擺盤也太精緻了！雖然已經在菜單上面看過照片，但是本人出現時，還是被它的高顏值給震驚了！
以紅色為主色的壽司捲，擺在純白的瓷盤上，簡約的盤子恰如其分的扮演了襯托的角色，讓鮮紅的主角看起來更鮮豔誘人。加上那一抹醬汁，彷彿一筆蒼勁的書法筆觸，頓時為擺盤增添了禪意。
炙燒的生牛肉呈現嫩紅色，起司和明太子層層疊疊的在壽司上面同時擔任著裝飾與增添口感的雙重角色。
鮮紅色的鬚狀物畫龍點睛的將壽司提升至夢幻豪華的境界，看到這樣美得令人無法呼吸的一道料理，好不好吃都已經不是重點了！
