【基隆美食】基隆也有ABV閣樓餐酒館了 ⋆ 貓女Teresa

ABV餐飲集團底下有各種不同料理風格的餐酒館，包含地中海餐酒館、加勒比海餐酒館、美式餐酒館、日式居酒館、南洋餐酒館等，在全台灣共有11間，主要集中在台中以北
我這次去的是基隆的閣樓餐酒館，是屬於高空餐廳，可以在享用美食時，同時欣賞窗外的風景
ABV是Alchohal by Volumn的縮寫，也就是酒精濃度的意思
可以想見，ABV主打的是以啤酒佐餐，適合與好友一同把酒同歡的聚會場所

Under the ABV Dining Group, there are various themed gastropubs with distinct culinary styles, including Mediterranean, Caribbean, American, Japanese Izakaya, and Southeast Asian cuisines. In total, there are 11 branches across Taiwan, primarily concentrated in the areas north of Taichung.

My recent visit took me to ABV Bars & Kitchen in Keelung, a high-altitude restaurant where you can savor delightful dishes while enjoying the scenic view outside the windows.

ABV stands for Alcohol by Volume, which indicates the alcohol concentration. It’s evident that this establishment emphasizes beer pairing, creating a perfect setting for gathering with friends and toasting to good times.

我們坐的位置旁邊就有一大面放滿各式啤酒的牆，可惜我拍的影片和部份照片不知為何遺失了，沒辦法讓大家看到壯觀的啤酒牆
餐廳內掛著的電視播放著運動賽事節目，很適合球季的時候與朋友甚至陌生同好一起為支持的球隊吶喊，想來就很熱血！

窗邊看出去是東岸商場，有各式料理，是我常常去覓食的地方
這裡位在6樓，樓層不算很高，明明這棟樓是基隆最高的商業大樓，沒有開在高樓層，有點可惜！

Our seating was right next to a grand wall adorned with various types of beer, but unfortunately, some of the videos and photos I took seem to have gone missing, so I can’t show you the spectacular beer wall.
Nevertheless, I assure you, it was a sight to behold.

Inside the restaurant, TVs were broadcasting sports events, making it an ideal place to cheer for your favorite teams during the sports season with friends or even fellow enthusiasts—what a thrilling experience!

From the window, you could see the East Coast Shopping Mall, which houses a diverse selection of cuisines—a place I often visit to satisfy my food cravings.

Although the restaurant is located on the 6th floor, which isn’t very high, but it’s situated in the tallest commercial building in Keelung.
It would have been even more impressive if it were on a higher floor!

ABV招牌炸雞翅 ABV’s Signature Chicken Wings

這道炸雞翅沒有裹上厚厚的粉，也沒有厚重的調味，但是薄薄的皮炸得脆脆的，還蠻爽口的
重點是附上的醬是略帶酸味的芥末醬
這個醬是靈魂哪！沾上這個芥末醬，酸中帶嗆的滋味真的蠻過癮的！果然沒有對不起ABV招牌的名號

These wings ain’t coated with mountains of flour, nor heavy seasoned, but let me tell you, they’re fried to golden, crispy perfection!
Bite into that thin, crunchy skin, and you’ll experience a burst of satisfaction in your mouth!

But wait, here comes the star of the show!
This mustard sauce has got the perfect tanginess, and it’s like a party for your taste buds!
Dip those wings into this mustardy wonderland, and you’ll be hit with a delightful punch of flavors that’ll make your taste buds dance!

美式餐廳的薯條通常都很好吃，這個薯條不只長相吸引人，名字也取得很有趣
我一看到菜單，第一個想點的就是這一道（潛意識裡想罵人？）

And as a fellow egg enthusiast, I couldn’t resist the temptation of that golden, sunny-side-up egg on top.
It’s a match made in foodie heaven, and I guarantee it’ll bring a sunny smile to your face!

這裡靠窗的位子不多，位子也不舒服，所以沒有什麼人選擇窗邊的位子，剛好可以讓我把食物搬到這裡拍照
我們坐的位置雖然不是直接靠窗，但是也可以看到窗外的景色，而且是舒服的大沙發，我個人覺得是這間餐廳最舒適的位子
服務生說這個位子沒有限時間，這真的是太佛心了！好幸運可以搶到這個王座！

The window seats here are limited and not the most comfortable, so not many people choose them.
But that worked out perfectly for me because I got to move my food here for a nice photoshoot!
Our spot may not be right next to the window, but we still get a glimpse of the view, and the cozy sofa makes it the comfiest spot in the restaurant, in my opinion.
And guess what? The waiter said there’s no time limit for this seat!
How lucky am I to have snagged this throne with such a laid-back policy!

阿蘭奇尼炸起司香腸飯糰 Arancini Fried Rice Ball Stuffed with Cheese and Sausage

這道比我預期的好吃很多呀！

炸飯糰最怕外皮炸得太硬，這個飯糰外皮炸得酥酥的，裡面塞了起司和香腸，跟飯充分混合，外酥內軟，沾上塔塔醬，味道好極了！

Wow, this dish exceeded my expectations by a mile!
When it comes to fried rice balls, my biggest fear is getting a hard outer layer.
But these ones? Crispy perfection!
And the cheesy and sausage filling mixed with the rice inside, it’s a match made in food heaven.
Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and when you dip it in that tangy tartar sauce – oh my taste buds, they’re having a party!
This is pure yumminess at its best!

柚香優格沙拉 Fruit Salad in Grapefruit Vinegar Yoguart Dressing

這道沙拉完全是安全牌，沒有特別讓人驚豔
點了就是為了平衡一下澱粉攝取量過多的問題

Ah, the classic safe bet salad. Nothing too surprising, but it does the job.
Sometimes, you just need a little something to balance out those carb-heavy indulgences, right? So, this salad is here to the rescue!
Not trying to steal the spotlight, but it’s got your back when it comes to that carb overload. A simple and reliable choice, ensuring you can enjoy guilt-free deliciousness throughout the meal!

坎帕尼亞鮮蝦寬扁麵 Fettuccine Napoletana with Shrimp and Sour Cream

主餐點了義大利麵，所有的食物都是四個人分食，可以吃到多一點花樣
這道義大利麵當天頗受好評，Sour cream調出來的麵醬，酸味剛剛好
蝦的量不少，吃得挺過癮

Pasta for the main course, the ultimate sharing delight! With four of us, we get to savor a variety of flavors.
Now, this Italian pasta was a real hit! The sauce, crafted with sour cream, had the perfect tanginess. The generous portion of prawns made it an absolute delight!
It’s safe to say we slurped up every last bit, completely satisfied with our flavorful feast!

火烤牛肉佐煙燻鯷魚奶油醬 Roasted Beef with Anchovy Butter

牛肉用砧板盛裝，一大盤看起來很壯觀，不過肉質有點偏澀，有些可惜

The beef was presented on a large platter, and it looked quite impressive! But, to be honest, the texture was a bit tough and disappointing

燻鮭焗醬佐批塔麵包 Smoked Salmon Dip with Pita

這是我們後來吃不夠又加點的，我必須說這真是個明智的抉擇
這個燻鮭焗醬實在是太好吃了，滑順的奶油醬，加了鮭魚焗烤之後散發出的鮮味，配著熱熱的pita，要我一個人吃掉整份都沒問題

This is what we order after we couldn’t get enough of it, and I must say it was absolutely on point!
It is incredibly delicious – the smooth creamy sauce paired with the savory flavor of the smoked salmon, served alongside warm pita bread.
I can imagine finishing the entire portion by myself without any hesitation!

摩爾風豬肉串佐塔塔醬 Morish Pork Skewers

這也是後來加點的，沒有太驚豔
印象中豬肉還算嫩，塔塔醬味道也不錯，除此之外沒什麼太深刻的印象

It seems like the additional dish we ordered, the pork with tartar sauce, didn’t make any surprise. The pork was tender, and the tartar sauce had a decent flavor, but overall, it didn’t leave a profound impression on us.

總體來說，是家會再回訪的餐廳。
上菜速度很快（也可能是我們去的時候客人不多）
每一道餐點都有一定的水準，讓我一嘗就眼睛為之一亮的菜也有好幾道
有興趣的朋友可以去試試這家閣樓餐酒館，邊看風景邊品嚐西式美食
下次我會想去試試ABV其他風格的餐酒館

Overall, it’s a restaurant I would definitely visit again.
The service was quick. Maybe it’s because it wasn’t too crowded when we went.
Every dish had a certain level of quality, and there were quite a few that really impressed me. I could feel my eyes light up with delight from some of the dishes!
I recommend giving ABV a try – you get to enjoy the view while savoring some delicious Western cuisine.
Next time, I’ll be eager to explore other styles of restaurants under the ABV group!
