【基隆旅遊】仙氣十足的美麗步道-基隆八斗子望幽谷（忘憂谷）步道 ⋆ 貓女Teresa

基隆在台灣的最北部，沿著海岸線有非常多隨手可拾的美麗風景。
望幽谷是很受遊客歡迎也是我自己私心很喜歡的景點。
這裡規劃成好幾個值得造訪的觀景區，今天跟大家介紹望幽谷步道。

Keelung is the most northern city in Taiwan, and it has many lovely coastline views.
Wangyou Valley is one of my favorite scenic spots and is a very popular tourist spot.

跟著指示牌的指示，可以看到一個引人注目的白色階梯
沿著階梯下去，就可以走往另一個可以沿路欣賞浪花拍岸美景的海邊步道
隱身在翠綠山峰中蜿蜒轉折的白色階梯，看起來特別優雅，也吸引遊客紛紛在階梯上留影。

As you follow the signs, you will see a white staircase
Go down the stairs, you can go to another hiking trail along the ocean.

The white-twist stairs among the emerald green peaks look especially elegant. Many tourists like to take pictures on the steps when they visit.

As you can see from the bottom of the stairs, you will notice that the white stairway is not straight down. It turns a couple of times into a unique shape. The contrast of green and white between stairs and mountains grabs the attention of visitors at a glance.

在層層山巒中可以看到遠處的大海，我去的時候陽光沒有很強，空氣中瀰漫著微微的霧氣，這種天氣下，基隆嶼看起來有種小家碧玉的朦朧美。

You can see the ocean in the distance throughout the layers of mountains.
At the time of my visit, the sky was overcast. There was a slight fog in the air. In this weather, Keelung Island appeared hazy and beautiful, like a shy neighbor girl.

走下階梯後，看到的是一大片起伏的綠地，搭配上粗獷的石階步道，這個場景，讓我想到宮期駿的卡通，壯闊中帶著無可言喻的神秘氣質

A large undulating grass field with rough stone steps awaits at the bottom of the stairs. It reminds me of the cartoon scenes of Miyazaki Hayao, which are always magnificent and have an indescribable mysterious temperament.

望幽谷有豐富的自然生態，這裡有一些看板說明，有興趣的人可以了解一下

There are some instructions on the side. You can know more about the flora and fauna of this area by reading them.

「望幽谷」也被稱為「忘憂谷」，不論是那一個，都可以很貼切的形容這片背山望海的幽靜綠地，徜徉於綠茵蔥蔥的山巒中，還同時可以看到一望無際的大海，心中有什麼憂愁，在大自然的擁抱下，都可以拋諸腦後。

“Wangyou Valley” means gazing at a peaceful valley, and it can also be interpreted as a valley that makes people forget their sorrows. Whichever one it is, both descriptions well-describe this beautiful valley.
I think its English name “Wangyou Valley” can be changed to “Want You Valley”. Do you think it sounds more romantic?

During a walk among the lush green mountains, you can view the endless sea all at the same time. Any worries you may still have in your heart can be forgotten as you are embraced by nature.

Once you’ve turned right, you can walk towards the sea. The sea and sky will jump out in front of you immediately after passing this corner.

往右走可以走向海邊的步道，轉過這個彎，海天一色立刻躍然眼前
漫步在這個步道是一大享受，沿著海岸線蜿蜒的步道，聞著鹹鹹的海風，這天我和朋友度過了非常愜意的下午
對我來說，這是一條CP值很高的步道，可以達到輕量級的運動效果，又可以同時享受綠意環抱的山林和遠眺海洋的舒暢快意，是個會讓我想要一再回訪的一個景點

While hiking here, I’m able to achieve the lightweight athletic effect, and at the same time enjoy the comfort of being surrounded by greenery and overlooking the ocean view. It’s a scenic spot that I will visit again and again.

望幽谷步道不算很長，也蠻好走的，對於不常爬山的人，這個步道是很輕易就可以征服的
從這個角度望著彷彿通往天際的美麗步道，突然燃起一種越過山頭就可以心想事成的動力，心情自然而然就愉悅了起來

The trail is not very long and is quite easy to walk. For those who are not used to going hiking, this trail can be easily overcome.
Looking at the beautiful trail from this angle, it seems that the trail can lead me to the sky. It seems like I can achieve whatever I want as long as I go over the mountain. I suddenly have a kind of motivation to work on my dream and it really gives me a great mood.

走到半途，會看到有個平台，看起來像個防空洞或舊砲台？
爬到台子上，可以看到360度無死角美景，還可以在上面擺個美姿拍些網美照打卡
不過人家小兩口在上面你儂我儂，還是別去打擾了
喔！順道提一句，我們那天去的時間是平日的下午，如果是假日，可是到處都被遊客擠爆的，哪裡拍得到這種照片？

You will see a platform when you walk in half. Climb up to it, you can see the 360-degree beautiful view with no dead ends. Visitors like to take selfies and photos of the ocean view standing on the platform.

We went there on a weekday afternoon. There are tourists everywhere on the weekend so it’s difficult to shoot photos like this.

走在步道上，往左看與往右看有截然不同的風景。一邊是望向基隆的漁港，一邊則是無窮無盡的大海

Looking left and right while walking on the trail has completely different scenery. One side is looking towards Keelung Fishing Port, the other side is the endless sea.

海岸邊大大小小的岩石散佈，像是黑珍珠不小心灑落在海邊，掩蓋不住天生的光彩

There are both large and small rocks scattered on the beach like black pearls accidentally strewn into the sea. But nature’s brilliance cannot be covered up.

海水拍打到岸邊的碎石，激起一圈一圈的浪花，像是為石頭鑲上蕾絲邊，為深藍的大海增加了豐富的層次

I like the rock structure here as well as the ecology of the shoal such as seaweed, which forms deep and light green layers like accidentally spilled green paint flowing freely into an abstract painting.

我很喜歡這裡的岩岸地形，除了變化多端的岩石結構，還有海藻等淺灘的生態，像是不小心潑灑的綠色顏料，形成深翠淺綠自在流動的抽象畫

捕捉到甩手運動的大叔，感覺像是某個世外高人藉著大自然的洗禮精進武藝，不得不佩服這位大叔真的很懂得享受生活
有趣的是這裡的岩石紋路和海浪層次，拍起照來竟然像是保留著豐富筆觸的水彩畫，完全可以說是大自然的藝術

The man standing on the rock facing the ocean, shaking his hands and exercising, feels like some otherworldly master who improves his martial arts under the baptism of nature. I really admire this person who really knows how to enjoy life.

It is interesting that the texture of the rocks and the layers of the waves here look like the brushstrokes of watercolor, which can definitely be recognized as the art of nature.

居高臨下的視角，天高地闊的景色讓心胸也變開闊了

Looking down from this condescending perspective, the magnificent view of the sky and the sea broadens my mind.

遠遠看過去，那個方形的水泥建築，就是我們的目標了！目標明確後，剩下就是一步一步堅持向前走了！

到達了制高點，看到的景色果然攘人有值回票價的興奮感
一面看出去是圍繞基隆市的純樸漁港，一面看過去則是生氣蓬勃的住宅高樓
還有一面是秀麗的山海交界，這天海上的薄霧讓大海充滿神秘感

Arriving at the commanding heights, the scenery you see is really exciting and worth the ticket price.
You can see the fishing port around Keelung City from a distance, on the other hand, you can see the lively high-rise buildings.
On the other side is the beautiful intersection of mountains and seas. The mist on the sea makes the sea full of mystery.

Looking down from the top, you can see the platform I mentioned earlier

回程從反方向拍那座白色的階梯，遠遠看過去像是神隱少女中的白龍伏身在峰巒交錯的山谷，仙氣十足

On the way back, I photographed the white staircase from the opposite direction. From a distance, it looked like the white dragon in Miyazaki Hayao’s animation “Spirited Away” who lies in a valley between peaks, full of fairy spirits.
